Model for Dealing with Unpleasant People

I feel like you’ve spoken on this many times, but when I’m faced with dealing with a particular person at work, I can’t seem to come up with a model that makes it ok. I have to deal with this person on a daily basis, so I can’t just avoid her, and her behavior is always the same. While I could “be the better person” and let it go, it still sometimes gets to me.
C – Coworker makes remarks
T – She must be a really unhappy person to be so rude and unpleasant. Why does she insist on being such a bully. If we all just helped each other out, work would be so much more pleasant for everyone.
F – Irritated
A – Alternate between ignoring her comments and actions to stewing about her treatment of others
R – She’s still the same and I am irritated
