Model For Weight Loss Goal


Hello. I am working on losing the last inch in my waist for my weight-loss goal. Here is my unintentional model:

C- I am down 2 inches in my waist from 37 inches. The goal is to get to 34 inches.

T- I hate to exercise because it causes physical pain.

F- avoidance

A- inaction/buffer with Pinterest

R- I don’t lose the additional weight.

The intentional model is:

C- same

T- engage in light exercise daily to keep my body active and moving.

F- encouraged

A- Play volleyball or kickball with my sons.

R- my body gets toned and I reach my weight loss goal.
