Model With Goal Weight as the Result Line

Im not sure I’m fully understanding how to do this model.

C – Weight
T – I won’t have to mentally check if there’s enough space to sit comfortably in booths. On flights my seatbelt will always fit. I’ll have ease of movement. I’ll take up less space.
F – Proud, accomplished, healthy and fit
A – follow eating protocol. Commit to show love for myself by eating within those limits.
R – weigh 160 by end of year
