Model help

I’d love help with figuring out how to not have such rushed mornings all the time.
I’m also a little unsure about my models.

Unintentional Model:
C: Rushed mornings
T: This is not helpful
F: Stressed
A: There’s a lot of screaming, shouting, and yelling.  I am getting the kids nervous. I don’t give kisses and encouragement for a new day. I’m creating fear and stress in my house and thinking this is failing. And I am beating myself up.
R: I create a negative experience for me and my kids

I feel like the solution to this is to change my A- line, which is to prepare snacks the night before and get up at 7:30. If I’m prepared, I won’t have such rushed mornings.
But, I also don’t know how to make myself do the things that I know will help my mornings.

Can you help me with this?
