C- Client says “decided to finish with coaching. Just not for me”
T – I’m not getting her results fast enough
F-  Inadequate
A – Make this a problem. I’m the problem. I don’t show up for her as a coach. I don’t make an attempt to understand what’s going on for her. I don’t support her through. I bring inadequacy and shame into other coaching calls – don’t do my best work. Spend time ‘fixing the problem’ of my coaching.
R – I don’t help her get any results??
