I would like help with the result of my model:
C: I weigh 160
T: I need to lose weight
A: buffer ( eat, social media), look up and purchase workout plans, indulge in tomorrow thinking (“I’ll start tomorrow”), judge what I am eating.
R: I don’t lose any weight/ I gain more weight.
That result seems very bland and obvious to me. I feel like there is a better result. I can see its a loop that keeps me eating and gaining weight. Just want feed back on my model, thank you!
