I recently did a thought download and was surprised at one of the thoughts on the list.
C: Didn’t get the job I was hoping for
T: I hate myself
A: Buffer with food, movies, and shopping
R: I dislike myself even more because I’m gaining weight, have less savings, and waste time watching movies.
I’ve observed this for about a week, and definitely don’t think it’s serving me, but I’m not sure what kind of thoughts I could replace it with.
