Today for my thought download I wrote “I’m scared to say no to all flour because it still feels like deprivation.” I’ve put the unintentional and intentional model below. Am I on the right track?
C- I have not said no to flour on my protocol yet.
T- Saying no to flour feels like deprivation. I’m not sure when I’ll want to indulge so I should keep my options open.
A- choose to easily mess up on protocol and overindulge
R- not reach my weight loss goal of 70 lbs
Intentional
C- I have not said no to flour
T- I can take in the best fuel for me to reach my goal
F- content
A- allow urges and stay in control
R- lose 70 lbs with no flour
