I am staying with my mom; Little math and lots of drama. Here’s the model I did and I don’t see the thought-result correlation. My mom is a hoarder, BTW.

C – Mom’s house
T – If I sneak enough stuff/trash out of the house, I’ll be able to breathe easier in it.
F – trapped, guilty, determined
A- Sneak out stuff
R – Continuous cycle, don’t feel any better
