Circumstance – Exercise Goal
Thought – I’m too tired, I’ll skip today
Feeling – Relieved, let off the hook
Action – No action, no workout
Result – Not meeting exercise goal

I don’t know if this model is correct. Please advise.

If it is correct I don’t really know where to go from here. How do I change my result? In the moment I truly think and feel this way sometimes.
