Model help please, thought and result


Hello I have a model that I would like some advice on please.

C: About to take a test for a course I am doing.
T: Is this the right coaching method for me? ( need to turn this from a question?)
F: Anxious
A: Buffer with food and TV, not preparing what I should be for class, take a nap, procrastinate, question myself.
R: Proving to myself, with the actions I am taking that it may not be the right coaching method for me. Not having my own back.
