Hi Brooke,
I’ve had some amazing breakthroughs with my Dares so far, but I’ve gotten to a tough one. At work last year I asked to cut back my hours and get assistance (proud of that!) and they hired another, younger designer full-time. So she has become the lead with our shared client. I’ve rolled with all of that, but my problem is I put myself down a lot in conversation with her. She is very smart, meticulous, professional, and innovative. I’m pretty sure she does our job better than I do, and I’ve been doing it for 7 years! Now, I’m not sure this job is in my future, but I don’t want to be escapist. I’m brand new to Scholars, and would love some help doing the model, or doing another version from the one below as I don’t know if it makes me feel quite bad-ass enough. 🙂 Thank you! Jen
