I’m trying to figure out how to use the model and program to help me with weight loss. I’m trying to lose weight but my husband likes to drink wine and eat treats with me in the evening when the kids are in bed. I feel horrible the next day with a hang over and my weight is up. Because of the virus he is the only one who shops and dose not buy all the ingredients I would like for my protocol . There is tons of junk food in the house a very little greens. I also need help setting up my protocol. How do I keep to it? I will write it down but the either I can’t get the ingredients or by evening I just give into drinking and eating the stuff I don’t want to have on my protocol .
