Model interrupted by brain

Here was my experience doing a model today:

T: I want to start dating again, I feel ready
F: excited
A: get on dating app… [brain chimes in: you’ll just fuck it up again, you won’t actually go through it again, why even bother; feeling of excitement goes away, replaced with dread, then annoyance at brain]

Do I switch to do a model on one of the thoughts that interrupted the original model?

I want to do more intentional models to see how I can create better results for myself and this kind of pattern takes me out of the IM and puts me into doubt
