Here is my model:

C-I play iPad games everyday. Sometimes for hours at a time.
T-I don’t want to yet I do. I am buffering.
A-Play games.
R-Don’t do other things. Less connection with family.

Seems like there is something not useful about the thought line? It doesn’t feel like this model hangs together or is useful. How to improve?
