Hi, this is a model of a peer I got to coach:
C – This morning you drank a coffee with a lot of extras (cream, sugar, syrup…)
T – “I shouldn’t drink this”
F – Guilty
A – Skipping next meal, don’t respect protocol, questioning myself “why am I doing this?”, beating myself up, unfocused, not present and concentrated at work
Is the result “proving yourself you shouldn’t drink this?” For sure, we shared and were kind of lost. I shared with another peer and same… so I’m wondering if the model isn’t good entirely?
