Model of my Sept Goal- DAllen

Is this the right way to use the model on my monthly goal (pg11 of workbook)? Im uncertain if i put the right thing in the circumstance field bc my goal is to learn how to process negative emotions w/o feeling chest pain so I think I should start with curcumstance of the negative emotion … I’m stuck!

C – I feel angry, frustrated because of someone elses behavior (son or co-worker)
T – I cannot control othets behavior, I can choose to support and love others.
F – Possible irritation
A – Deep breaths, positive thoughts internal acceptance of things I cannot control
R – I do not have chest pain from vibration of negative emotion
