If we are scared of feeling a feeling, should we run models on both the fear and the other feeling? Or do we just focus on the fear?
My new puppy was crying at the door and I ran over to him scared that he was being grabbed by a hawk. My initial F was fear, but once I saw he was fine and sat with my feeling a bit what came up was that I was scared of feeling grief again. I had a dog pass away in December and the grief was heavy.
Should I do thought work on the feeling of fear, grief, or maybe it’s both? Thank you so much!
