Model on keeping up


I noticed a thought pattern whenever I start dreaming bigger or wanting to pursue a bigger goal for myself, e.g. starting my own business

**THOUGHT**

I can barely keep up with the things I want to do and organise myself with now, how will I keep up when I am running my own business too?

**FEELING**

Inadequate

**ACTIONS**

Talk myself out of continuing to pursue other things like my business, start thinking about all the things I need to do and start to feel anxiety

**RESULTS**

I spend time thinking instead of taking action and don’t get things done or organise myself
