Model on unplanned time

Dear coaches, would you mind giving feedback on today’s models:

C – unplanned time in calendar
T – I don’t know what to do with myself.
F – frustrated
A – get restless, escape with fb/insta, grocery shopping or eating off protocol
R – killing time

C – unplanned time in calendar
T – I’m learning to deal with unplanned time.
F – accepting
A – let frustration be there, process feeling, do not escape, stay calm, use model
R – using time
