Model on weight loss


I’m having trouble with my intentional model for weight loss. I started with the R:

F: Have trouble identifying this feeling! First thing that came to mind was “Balanced” but I was unable to come up with a thought that made me feel balanced
A: Stick to protocol, eat clean, work out consistently, do thought downloads and Scholars work, listen to and honor hunger cues
R: I weigh 120 pounds
