I am not sure how to do a Model when the C is from childhood.  Can you please advise?

Is the T what I thought then?  Is the T something that I think now about the situation?  I understand the past is over and we have a new T and F about it.  But I do not know how to Model it. Many thanks for your help.

C: Grade 1. Teacher asked pupils to draw a pet. I do not have a pet.
T: I do not know what to do
F: Shame
A: Look at neighbor. Tell myself she thinks I am not creative. Stand in front of the paper. Freeze. Tell myself I do not know what to do
R: Create evidence that I am not good at drawing
