Model question

Does a model always have to have a circumstance? For example, if I work from the R backwards with something like:
R- retire in 2 years
A- meet with financial consultant and figure out exact $ needed to retire then take necessary steps/action
F- committed
T- I should be able to retire in 2 years if I get focused and create an action plan – I have met my financial goals in the past and know anything is possible if I put my mind to it
C??? Can this be left blank or would I put something simple like ” Retirement” or “Desire to retire soon / in 2 years”- if a C is something everyone would say is true, can a desire work here? If not, what would be appropriate for this C?

Thanks
