How to categorize the sentence “I am in debt.” C or T?

Hello!

I am trying to figure out whether the sentence “I am in debt” is a C or a T.

It seems to me that debt is a circumstance, but I could see how it would be a T.

I’ve seen other coaches put “Debt” in the C line.
Like so:
C: Debt
T: This will take forever.
F:
A:
R:

So, I’m a little confused about this.

How could “I am in debt” be a T? It seems like a C based on this sample model.

Thanks!
