Hello Brooke & Coaches,
I have been practicing my models, but I struggle with coming up with the result that proves my thought at times. I was taught in coach training that the result should directly relate & provide evidence for the thought. For example, one of the unintentional models I made for myself this morning was:
C: Hiking with boyfriend from 7AM to 1PM
T: “I don’t have time to do anything I want!”
F: Angry, resentful
A: Avoid talking to boyfriend during hike, not paying attention to scenery, not being present with boyfriend
For the R, I brainstormed things like: “Inability to want what I am currently doing.”
Does that result sound applicable in this case? Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you!
