The C, T, and F lines of the model have been flowing really naturally to me – the A line has as well when I’m doing the model on an action (or inaction) I’ve taken. I’m having a hard time making sure the R and A are being done correctly. Looking through my models it seems like my R line is another emotion (eg. “feel more anxious”) – it’s not as easy as weight loss models where it’s a true result like “violate my protocol” or “gain 2lbs”. In scenarios when I’m ruminating on thoughts, the A and R line of the model end up being “think the thought more” and “feel more anxious/worse” – am I doing this wrong?
