We put in an online order recently and something went wrong with it. The store never delivered anything but took our money. We’ve been calling them daily for 4 days and a major thought circling around has been “this is a waste of time,” which I realized is a common thought of mine and I think really “everything I do is a waste of time.” Is the result of this model, “I waste my own time?” I feel like I am close to something here! Thanks.

T – everything I do is a waste of time
F – discouraged
A – get angry with them while calling, be angry before and after the call, think about how I’m wasting so much time on this stupid order
R – I waste my own time? I make what I am doing a waste of my time?
