Model related to work


Hey Brooke,

I think I can use your help that will make me feel better about work. I am a senior manager at a tech company. Here’s the model that’s causing me not to feel great:

C –> Another day at work.
T –> It’s the same stuff as usual. I am not learning anything new.
F –> Bored, Unfulfilled.
A –> Don’t want to go to work. (But I go anyway)
R –> Not doing my best at work.

Any ideas on how I can change my thoughts? Thank you.
