Hi! Here’s my model for today! I would love some on your feedback on it… especially on the R line. I have trouble figuring out the R line. Can the R line be a thought or an action as well?

T: I’m exhausted, i don’t have the energy to do anything

A: I do the household chores in a bad mood, thinking that i don’t want to do any of it and that they are never ending
R: I feel frustrated
