Model since childhood that I can’t seem to overcome

Hello, I can’t seem to break out of a belief that I have had since childhood:

C: Unanticipated event

T: It’s my fault and I will be punished. (Even if it is not my fault.)

F; rage, deep fear/dread

A: become fearful, defensive, Try to find ways to fix it, even if it is not my responsibility.

R: fear and dread when ever anything “bad” happens even if it is not my fault.
