Hello,
I have 2 unintentional models and 1 intentional model. Did I write the circumstance correctly? Also, I am having a problem with the feeling of hate and not trusting my husband with his word as it happens often. I know I cant change him and have the option of changing my thoughts. I have accepted this but don’t know how to move forward with him. I have filled in the intentional model but don’t really think it was possible under the circumstances of me leaving for work. Please help with any suggestions.

C: My husband did not pack my sons book for vacation. He did not give nor pack our others sons gift/book.
T: My husband never follows through on his word.
F: Disappointed
A: Expressed my feeling to him.
R: I second guess my relationship with someone like that.

Intentional Model

T: Im going to surprise the boys (Kids) for Thanksgiving.
F: Excited
A: Buy books in advance
R: I handled It myself and hid the books for the boys before I left out of town. (work)
