Hello! I was recently on a tutoring call with a coach and she mentioned its okay to put feelings in your thought line ex: I am excited to share my offering to the world. Brooke mentioned perhaps trying to challenge yourself and avoid putting feelings in the thought line to keep things clear. If I have the thought, “I’m feeling shame about things I did in my past” how could one reframe this to not include a feeling? Perhaps something like, I shouldn’t have done those things. I regret doing ___. I guess regret is a feeling too, this is definitely a challenge. Would love some help on this.
