I reflected on what I am grateful for this AM as a part of my download and then did my first “positive” model – not based in issues, but positive things. It is a lovely, and long, download. I have much to be grateful for.
I’m wondering if after doing a model starting with a thought or feeling, is there a value/role for circling back to the circumstance?
T: I am grateful.
F: warmth (in my chest)
A: savor what I have, want to emulate the unconditional love (taught by my dogs!), want to outwardly share
R: makes me a better person (not taking hard work, outcomes, blessings, situations for granted, and wanting to share that with others)
