Hello 😊 Is this “work” with the model ok? What can I do, that the new thought becomes a belief?
Old model:
C: I like to lose 4kg until march
T: I will never achieve this goal
F: frustration and despair
A: I ignore my plan and eat more than on my plan
R: I don’t lose weight
New model:
C: I like to lose 4kg until march
A: I have a strong body. It can do anything, even eating less!
F: pride and gratitude
A: I follow my plan
R: I’m losing weight
