I have two models that are related and am not sure if I am thinking about these properly.
Circumstance – writing my personal blogs
Thought – I don’t want to do it
Feeling – uninterested/distracted
Action – procrastinate/buffer
Result – no writing
This second one is partially what I did instead (and not honoring protocol)
Circumstance – drinking protocol
Thought – it’s happy hour
Feeling – more fun than work
Action – drank
Result – not respecting protocol

What I am confused about is are these separate or related? I went to happy hour instead of writing blogs.
