Hi Brooke, after my thought download for today, I modeled around a thought concerning my phone. Here is the model that I’d love your take on. I don’t think I nailed this one because the intentional model doesn’t feel that believable:

t- It’s hard for me to stop checking my cell phone during the day
f – Compulsion
a – I check my phone every few seconds
r – I waste time, distracted from my work, I don’t get as much done as I could
c – My phone
t – There’s more value in getting my work done than checking my phone so often
f- Motivated
a – I don’t check my phone as often
r – I focus more on the work in front of me, I get more done
