Models for the day after a bad sleep

I’ve been working with MHO for some months now and I see a clear trend. I blow-off my MHO plan when I haven’t slept well.

C: Fewer than 6 hours of sleep
T: It’s pointless to try to do anything because I’m so tired
F: lifeless
A: I don’t do my MHO plan
I read articles online to look busy
R: I don’t do my MHO plan

In my private coaching session this week, coach Mimi pointed out that getting overwhelmed and being the victim means I give myself a break, I don’t have to be responsible and it’s easier than doing the work. Very interesting because lately, I’d been working with an intentional model that said “After a short night’s sleep, be kind to yourself and take it easy”.

C: Fewer than 6 hours of sleep
T: Be kind to yourself and take it easy
F: weak
A: I don’t do my MHO plan
I quit work early
R: I don’t do my MHO plan, which ultimately isn’t really being kind to myself because I’m not keeping commitments to myself.

Wow, I didn’t realize that this IM has me still playing the victim. So here’s my new IM:

C: Fewer than 6 hours of sleep
T: My day is all planned out, follow it as I had planned
F: unfazed
A: I say kind words to encourage myself
I do some stretching exercises at lunch
I do my MHO plan
I get to bed early that night
R: I keep my promise to myself

Do you see anything in these models that I can clean up? I’m particularly working on the concept of the R reflecting the T. Thanks.
