Models for thoughts about weight loss being too fast

I joined a small health coaching group last April and have lost 30 lbs. My coach introduced me to Brooke’s podcasts and I just joined Scholars. My weight loss has been on a plateau for a few weeks and I have about 15 lbs to go.   I started the 8 lbs down program Monday. Today when I weighed myself I was already down 4lbs. I had a lot of thoughts about this being too fast or my group judging/worrying about me (since slow progress is stressed so much in that group.) I’m new to actually doing models and am hoping for feedback on these:

Unintentional Model:
C- Lose 4 lbs in 3 days
T- The group will think this is too fast.
F- Doubt
A- I question my weight loss and my own judgement about following the 8 lbs down program. I start doubting my protocol and will be more likely to deviate.
R- I lose weight more slowly or even gain some back.

Intentional Model:
C- Lose 4 lbs in 3 days
T- This pace is fine, my body will equilibrate
F- Confidence
A- Trust my body and my own judgement. Stick to my protocol or make adjustments to future protocols but based on my body’s signals instead of doubting thoughts.
R- Continue to lose weight.

Once I’ve done the models and found a thought that will produce the desired results, what’s the next step? Do some work on whether or not I can believe this new thought, and if not, find a ladder thought? Thank you for your help!
