Models on decision re: invest in high-cost training

I’m new to this so would love some feedback on these models.

I’m at the point at which I am ready to invest in training that will deliver a high ROI but get stuck in indecision and tend to waste time program shopping.

Unintentional Model 1
C: decision to pursue high cost training
T: I will be judged for the cost and not being able to figure these skills out on my own
F: shame
A: avoid the decision, shop around for different programs, continue to spend time reading more about the program of interest and debate, try to figure out skills, tools etc. on own
R: I stay stuck in indecision; I miss out best, fastest route to learning skills

Intentional Model 1
C: decision to pursue high cost training
T: I make decisions that are best for me and my goals, not for others
F: focused, calm, in control
A: do a decision analysis to make an objective decision, look at training as a real possibility and look at the numbers and time commitment so that I can actually make an objective decision
R: make a decision I am happy with

Unintentional Model 2
C: decision to pursue high cost training
T: I don’t know if this is the best training option.
F: confusion
A: avoid the decision, shop around for different programs, continue to spend time reading more about the program of interest and debate, try to figure out skills, tools etc. on own
R: I stay stuck in indecision; I miss out best, fastest route to learning skills, end up purchasing less expensive, ‘safer’ training options

Intentional Model 2 **I’d, in particular, love feedback and ideas for the T & A lines of this model.
C: decision to pursue high cost training
T: Even if I don’t make the best decision, I will get everything I can out of it and it will be a learning opportunity.
F: curious, determined
A: ask others who have been in the same situation as me; decide that no matter what I choose, I am going to get a high ROI out of it
R: choose the best program/training for me

Thanks for the feedback!
