Models on Decisions

I need help moving beyond my unintentional models to get to a place where I can feel confident making a decision about a recent job offer. Below are some of the unintentional models I have created for options that I’ve brainstormed. I’d appreciate any insight beyond my existing thoughts!

C: I was offered a job.
T: What other jobs will I be hearing back from that may move me closer to my bigger goal?
F: Regret
A: Taking the job and not continue interviewing for other jobs.
R: Limiting my growth

C: I was offered a job.
T: I am being inconsiderate of my potential new employer and the work they have to put into hiring a new person.
F: Guilt
A: Take the job and continue interviewing for other jobs.
R: Not showing up how I want to at a new position.

C: I was offered a job.
T: What if I run out of my savings before I can secure “the right” opportunity?
F: Fear/Scarcity
A: Don’t take the job and keep looking for an opportunity that I feel absolutely positive about taking.
R: Will negatively impact how I show up for interviews if I stay in a place of scarcity.

C: I was offered a job.
T: I want to make the “right” choice.
F: Indecisive
A: Ask potential new employer for additional time to hear back from other jobs I have applied to.
R: I prolong the process for both parties (myself and the potential new employer).
