Models on mundane thoughts

I am trying to dig into some of my mundane thoughts that create minor annoyances in my life. Here’s an example that I’m getting stuck on –

C – no hand towel next to sink
T – Jenny didn’t leave out a towel again
F – Frustrated
A – Yell at her about it casually (not causing a fight – just expressing my annoyance), get a new towel
R – ??? I create annoyance and frustration in my life that can easily be solved by opening a drawer?

I tried asking myself, “what am I making not having a towel mean?” and my answer was “I get the floor wet”. This seems like something so stupid that it doesn’t warrant a model but I sometimes struggle with a bunch of these little things that get under my skin throughout the day.

Any advice?
