UM 1
C: Today is Sunday. Tomorrow is Monday.
T: Another week that I’ll struggle through to get my work done.
F: dread
A: buffer. try not to think about it.
R: I struggle through my weekend/time off thinking these thoughts

UM 2
C: Today is Sunday. Tomorrow is Monday.
T: Another week that I’ll struggle to honor my calendar.
F: disappointed
A: don’t honor my calendar in the present moment?
R: I prove the thought true that I struggle to honor my calendar

UM 3
C: Today is Sunday. Tomorrow is Monday.
T: Another week that I’ll procrastinate starting at 8 am and ending at 4 pm.
F: dread
A: imagine what it’ll be like
R: I disappoint myself ahead of time

C: Today is Sunday. Tomorrow is Monday
T: Another week that I’ll buffer away the evenings
F: distracted
A: jump from one thing to another
R: I am not present for this moment either

Intentional
C: Today is Sunday. Tomorrow is Monday.
T: This is another opportunity to practice getting my work done.
F: gracious
A: give myself grace
R: I create the experience of giving myself grace while I practice getting my work done????

T: This is another opportunity for me to practice honoring my calendar and my commitments to myself.
T: This is another opportunity for me to explore what I’m thinking and feeling that leads to not starting work at 8 am and stopping at 4 pm.
T: I wonder what’s going on for me when I’m working.
T: This is another opportunity for me to be present with my feelings in the evenings.
T: I wonder what I’m feeling that I often want to escape from in the evenings.
T: This is another opportunity for me to deepen my relationship with myself and to get to know myself on another level.

Second question …. Do you have any suggestions for learning how to feel more thoroughly? I’ve found that a lot of times I will intellectualize the Feeling line in the model – like I can’t feel it in my body or identify the feeling when I’m doing models.
