Modern emotional health


I’ve watched the Modern Emotional Health webinar in the study vault, and this is exactly what I need.
Would you have any recommendations to implement this in my life?

My unconscious belief is that I should be happy, that other people are happier than me, that I have a problem that should be fixed.

I feel depressed from time to time, and I’m looking for an explanation. Like right now, I wonder if I’m not a “high potential” person with higher emotional sensitivity. But either way, I would have to gain new emotional skills, so I’m not sure it’s worth looking for an explanation.

There may be no explanation, as every human experiences negative emotion! I’m just a very unique and very common human, right?
