I am working on the workbook about self confidence.
The assignement of week 3 is:
Write about everything you are currently afraid of that
holds you back. Don’t be shy. Go for the worst case scenarios. Evaluate what you
think would be horrible about failing. Anticipate getting into trouble or danger
with your newfound confidence. Include the fear and the reason.
I did it but i don’t get why? What is the purpose of this assignement?
As i wrote all my fears…. i can see them, i feel afraid, but i don’t know what to do with them next?
