Can you please tell me what one is to do in the very moment they are like “hmm I’ll eat this, one piece won’t hurt. It’s just one meal”
This is my issue as I think this all/nothing mentality is too strict and I think one cookie will let me stay on track still. But I know logically I keep slipping then. What can I remember in those moments?
I’ve tried the thought model but I have friction and my mind thinks “live a little. Don’t be so strict like those people who swear off all carbs”.
