I attended Dex’s Monday Hour One last night (awesome!) BUT, Dex referenced some concepts that I somehow missed in the Orientation Training with Lauren and the male coach.
For example, the idea of blocking one hour and aiming for “R” and not just activity during that hour. Also, the idea of moving certain items, or “Shoulds” OUT to a month or a year. I have heard Brooke reference this, but not in detail. Is there a video or a transcript that would offer me this detail so I can absorb it? Thank you.
