In Monday Hour One, the video ‘Focus Time’, it says:

“And so we want to make sure that you’re making your decisions during a Focus Time, during a very specific time where you sit down and make decisions. That’s the only time you’re allowed to make decisions, and we’re going to teach you about that. That’s what Monday Hour One is all about. That’s when you make your decisions with your prefrontal cortex.”

I’m a bit confused. Are we supposed to make decisions only during Monday Hour One? Or only during Focus Time?

As I understand it, we only make decisions (about how to spend our time), during Monday Hour One. We don’t make decisions during Focus Time.
