How long does it take to master the skill of calendaring and following through on what you said you were going to do if you are just starting out with Monday Hour One?

I am focusing on one thing at a time and now, I would like to work on my calendar and routine so was wondering how long does it take for me to be able to master the skill and stop procrastinating.
