Hello, I am trying to practice Monday Hour One. Right now, it creates a kind of panic and I have a lot of trouble as there are so many things I want to plan (more than 80) and I feel overwhelmed as it seems like I would have to plan for the next six months.
My day-to-day calendar is looking so packed, especially as I am putting little things that are part of a routine (especially things done in the morning before work). I am questioning my interest in leaving them on my calendar.
On the one hand, making them every day gives me a good start as it makes me achieve things. On the other hand, it creates a state of business that creates a panic right away, and visually it does not help me have the sensation that I have time. Any tips?
