I have decided to constrain what I work on during the week, to allow time to focus on the things I have prioritized as most important right now. During Monday Hour One, I write down all the to-do items I have in my brain. I put on the calendar only the things that I have decided to focus on. So, what do I do with all the leftover to-do items? Items that are not part of my focus and don’t have to be done right now, but I don’t want to forget them or keep them in my brain? For example, in the videos, I think it was Krista that wanted to train for a marathon, but she never added it to her google calendar. So, is there just a big leftover to-do calendar item?
